No. Some dogs will come every day and others visit one day a week. We ask that your dog is booked in 24 hours in advance but we will always try and accommodate last minute bookings for our regular clients if something crops up.
Yes. Puppies are very welcome once they have had their vaccinations and can mix safely with other dogs. Hanna Hounds Day Care is a great place for your puppy to socialise and learn to be happy around other dogs.
Any new dogs that appear nervous are introduced slowly to the other dogs. They only join in with group play if we feel they are ready. We only accept dogs that are sociable and we can’t accept any dogs that show aggression to either dogs or humans.
No. It does help if your dog has at least basic obedience training but often they learn by copying the example of the other dogs.
Having assessed the situation and the degree of emergency we will either call you and/or your vet, whichever is appropriate. Should your vet not be available we will use our own vet or the nearest emergency vet on call. You will be responsible for any vet expenses incurred and we therefore recommend having your own insurance.
Yes. All dogs must have their routine vaccinations plus Kennel Cough.
Not necessarily. All dogs play together in mixed sex groups. Same sex groups can be accommodated if required.
